Israel has always been a very important factor in the global real estate industry with companies and individuals strongly involved in the construction, development and investment of many geographical markets. Countries such as USA, Canada, Spain, UK, and Germany have seen a large numbers of Israeli individuals, investment funds and real estate companies operating within their borders. In recent years we have seen these trends expending to very distant and non traditional markets such as Australia, Panama, Honduras, Georgia, Poland and more. As an outcome of this trend, we have seen a growing number of foreign companies approaching the Israeli market and spending great efforts to enter this market.

With local real estate prices dramatically increased in the last decade, Israeli investors are looking for new and varied investment opportunities in the international markets. TLV EXPO 2011 has attracted over 2000 visitors, and enjoyed extensive media coverage across the leading TV channels, newspapers, and the digital media.
